Just a quick Tube ride from central London, the neighborhood of Kew is a tranquil waterside idyll. Get up close to a remarkable range of rare plants at the world-famous Kew Gardens, one of Friend Andy B's favorite green spaces. The Kew Bridge Steam Museum houses the world's largest collection of steam engines. Walk among thousands of tropical butterfly at the London Butterfly House in Syon Park. Or just take in his vibrant neighborhood while you’re drifting by on the river—plenty of riverboat tours are available.
